MSU faculty and staff are invited to attend theÌý2025 Employee Benefits & Wellness Week, hosted by Human Resources Management in place of the traditional one-day benefits fair. This weeklong series of events is designed to help:

  • Enhance your well-being
  • Connect with colleagues in a relaxed and engaging environment.

Monday - Friday, Sept. 22-26

Free Admission to the Sanderson Center
Enjoy free access to the Sanderson Center during Wellness Week! Try out an individual workout or join a group class—no registration needed. Come explore new ways to stay active and well.

Tuesday, Sept. 23

10 a.m. -- MSU Employee Benefits Overview - VIRTUAL

A refresher session to help make the most of your insurance and retirement plans.

1:30 p.m. -- PERS Early Career Seminar - VIRTUAL

Open to all employees, not just those early in their career!Ìý This session will cover the basics of the PERS plan and highlight the benefits of enrolling in ÂìÒϸ£Àûµ¼º½ Deferred Compensation Plan & Trust (MDC).

Wednesday, Sept. 24

9:30 a.m. -- TELUS Health: Understanding Your EAP - VIRTUAL
Discover the full range of support available through our Employee Assistance Program (EAP), including mental health, financial, legal issues, and overall wellness.

11 a.m. -- Fitness & Nutrition Session – IN-PERSON

Join us in the Sanderson Center Conference Room for light Tai Chi and a conversation about the benefits of physical activity. Enjoy coffee, tea, and fresh fruit while learning about healthy eating.
